1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Shipping to locations outside the United Kingdom is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of £40 or more (including £40) qualify for free delivery;

Orders with a total value below £40 are subject to a flat delivery fee of £4;

All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- The order price already includes applicable taxes and fees. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount payable, and you will not need to pay any taxes or fees upon receipt of the goods or any additional taxes and fees.
3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are CET 9:00 – 18:00;

Orders placed and paid before 18:00 are processed starting from the same day;

Orders placed after 18:00 are processed from the next business day;

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it is typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions.
